1. Determine which Division your player will be in. (Read the Player Eligibility  page.) During the Registration process, you will be asked which Division you player is registering for.  Please make sure you choose the correct Division for your players age.
2. Read the Release of Waiver Liability , Permission to Authorize Medical Care and the  Thousand Oaks Lacrosse Code of Conduct . During the Registration process, you will be asked to agree to these documents by intialling and digital signature.
3. Have your credit or debit card ready. Registrtion fees are collected online through PayPal.

Now you are ready to register your player!
