Age - Boy's Division

T. O. LACROSSE - BOYS AGE-VERIFICATION PROCESS (VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ)

Presentation of an original Birth Certificate verifying player DOB and a recent photo may be required.

Failure to submit an original Birth Certificate and recent photo will result in an incomplete registration therefore making the player ineligible for SCLA League play in the 2015 season. At any point during the season the SCLA and TO Lacrosse may request proof of a player’s age through presentation to League officials of the original Birth Certificate and a recent photo.

Upon the League’s request the failure to authenticate a player’s DOB will result in FORFEITURE OF ALL GAMES INVOLVING AN AGE-INELIGIBLE PLAYER AND MAY ALSO RESULT IN PLAYER SUSPENSION.

Age group references are in common usage but should not be understood literally. The U15 (read: “Under 15”) grouping means that, if a player is 14 years old on the cutoff date (August 31st), he may participate in U15 competition as a 15-year old.

U15: All players must be 14 years old or younger on the August 31st preceding competition.

U13: All players must be 12 years old or younger on the August 31st preceding competition.

U11: All players must be 10 years old or younger on the August 31st preceding competition.

U9: All players must be 8 years old or younger on the August 31st preceding competition.
